PlugToPower is an intensive operational sprint. We keep cohorts capped strictly at 16 founders across four pods. We filter hard because pod velocity depends entirely on mutual conviction.

The Profile

  • Engineers Tired of Client Work or JIRA Tickets: You have strong technical chops but spend your days building someone else's equity. You want your own sovereign cash-flowing software.
  • Domain Operators with a Specific Bottleneck: You run an agency, a firm, or work in a niche industry and know an exact workflow that companies waste thousands of dollars handling manually.
  • Technical Creators Ready for Real Software: You have an existing audience or newsletter and want to launch a real recurring tool instead of selling one-off PDFs or affiliate links.
  • High Discipline (8–12 Hours Weekly): You don't need to quit your day job, but you can protect 8 to 12 focused hours every week without ghosting your pod.

Not A Fit

  • The "Idea-Only" Spectator: Anyone looking for someone else to write all the code, talk to the customers, and do the heavy lifting while they retain 80% equity.
  • The Lecture Collector: Anyone looking for 40 hours of passive recorded videos, homework worksheets, or certificates of completion to post on LinkedIn.
  • The Pitch Deck Addict: Anyone whose primary goal is raising venture capital rather than collecting dollars from real customers.
  • Reluctance to Charge Money: If you are uncomfortable asking a stranger for a credit card swipe on Day One, this program will not work for you.
